However, it's not uncommon for emails to get lost in spam folders or go unnoticed. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you resolve some common email notification issues:

Email from Ework's Verama Goes to Spam Folder

If you're experiencing issues with Verama emails getting marked as spam, try these steps:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Select the Ework's Verama email and click "Not spam" or a similar option to move it to your inbox.

Email from Ework's  Verama Doesn't Appear in My Inbox

Some email clients sort incoming emails into different folders. To ensure Verama emails appear in your main inbox:

  1. Check your email client's folder settings.
  2. Drag the Verama email from the "Other" folder to the "Focused" folder.
