This guide provides a step-by-step process for managing your company's account settings and data in our Ework's Verama. Please note that you would need to be an Admin for your company in order to update the company details.

Company Settings Overview

The Company Settings window is divided into five sections:


  1. Company Data: This section allows you to manage your company's basic details, including the company logo, name, and registered location.
  2. Company Contact Details: This section enables you to add and edit your company's contact information, including address details, phone numbers, and website.
  3. Banking Details: This section allows you to enter and manage your company's banking details, including account information and primary banking details.
  4. Insurance Details: This section enables you to add and manage insurance details, including expiration dates and documentation.
  5. Profile Visibility: This section allows you to control the visibility of your team members' profiles in our portal.

Edit Company Settings

To make changes to your company's settings, follow these steps:


  1. Access the Company Menu: Hover over the "Company" option in the upper left section of the portal.
  2. Select the Settings Option: Click on the "Settings" link to access the Company Settings window.



Editing Company Data

Click the pencil  button next to the section that you wish to edit.

Add your business logo as an avatar visible on Ework's Verama. 

  1. Click Upload to upload a picture from the hard drive, and click Save to save the logo.

Company name

Edit or update the name of the company (always add the officially registered company name) 

  • Type the Company name in the Company name text field, and click Save.

Location

Edit or upda the registered location of the company

  1. Type the location in the Location field (as suggested by the system). Then, click Save.

VAT number

The registered VAT number for the company. To change the VAT number, please contact [email protected] 

Phone Number

The main contact phone number for the company. 

  1. Enter the Country code (dialing code) and the phone number. Then, click Save.

Company size

Number of employees of the company 

  1. Select the size of the company from the Company size drop-down list. Then, click Save.




Company website

Official company website 


        a) Click the pencil  button to edit.



b) Enter the company website and click Save



Editing Company Contact Details 

    Click the pencil  button next to the section that you wish to edit.


The Company contact tab contains the following sections:

  • Address details 

In this section you can add and edit the postal and invoice address to the company. 

a) Enter the postal address

bIf the invoice address is the same as the postal address, mark the check box where it says Same as postal address. This action will copy the postal address and auto populate the invoice address.


c) Click Save




  • Editing Banking Details 

Here you can enter your companies banking details. 

    Click the pencil  button next to the section that you wish to edit.


a) Select country of the bank account

bDepending in country sleected you will see the applicable types in the Type drop drop down.

cSelect the type that applies for your company.

dAdd bankingdetails, format depends on the banking type selected.

eCheck if this is the primary banking details that should be used (it is required to have one primary banking detail saved)

fIf you are using a factoring company, mark this by checking the checkbox for Factoring company

gTo add more bankingdetails click Add new

hClick Save.




  • Editing Insurance Details 

In this section you can add insurance details

    Click the pencil  button next to the section that you wish to edit.


a) Check the checkbox Has insurance

b) Add the Expiration date of the insurance

c) Add the amount if the insurance

d) Upload the insurance documentation

e) Confirm that you have uploaded a valid and correct insurance certificate, by checking the disclaimer check box.

fClick Save.





Profile Visibility

Visability of user profiles tab allows you to change the visibility of your team and profiles.

 Click the pencil  button next to the section that you wish to edit.



a) The Full visibility option is selected by defaul. By selecting this option all profiles connected to this company account will be searchable in Ework's Verama.


b) If the Limited visibility option is selected none of the profiles connected to this company account will be searchable in Ework's Verama.
