What are Workstyles?

Workstyles is a feature on Ework's Verama that allows you to better describe you as a potential candidate for a future assignment. By using Workstyles, you can showcase your soft skills to potential employers and make your job suggestions more accurate.



Why Should You Use Workstyles?

Adding Workstyles is important for several reasons:

  • It enables Ework's Verama to give you even better job suggestions based on your skills and preferences.
  • It allows you to showcase your soft skills to potential employers, making you a more attractive candidate.
  • It makes your Workstyles visible to companies that may be interested in collaborating with you.
  • Some jobs may require you to provide your Workstyles as part of the application process.


What Are the 7 Types of Workstyles?

There are 7 personal characteristics included in Workstyles, which are:

  1. Performer
  2. Leader
  3. Team Player
  4. Cool Headed
  5. Hard Worker
  6. Independent
  7. Problem Solver



How Do You Configure Workstyles?

To access the Workstyles section, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the Avatar icon in the upper right section of the screen.
  2. Click My profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Workstyles header and click the pencil button to edit Workstyles.
  4. The Workstyles section will expand, allowing you to edit and configure your Workstyles.


How Do You Distribute Workstyles Points?

You have 21 points to distribute among the 7 types of Workstyles. To do this:

  1. Use the sliders under each Workstyle to distribute the points.
  2. Make sure to use all 21 points to save your Workstyles.
  3. After distributing the points, click the Save button in the upper corner of the section. Save button will be greyed out until all 21 points are distributed.

By properly configuring your Workstyles, you can showcase your skills and preferences to potential employers and increase your chances of finding meaningful work.
