Verama may contact you via email, e.g., in order to

  • inform you about new jobs

  • carry out the registration process


If you do not receive any e-mails from Verama, click one of the following:

Email from Verama goes to spam.

Email from Verama doesn't appear in my inbox.

Email from Verama is blocked by a firewall or a corporate policy

Email notifications function is inactive.



Email from Verama goes to spam


To remove the email from the spam folder: 

1) Go to the spam folder in your email client.

2) Select/check the email in the Spam folder, and click Not spam or an equivalent option.

Email from Verama doesn't appear in my inbox


Email clients sort incoming email into several categories. In case of Outlook, these are Focused and Other


To move the Verama message from Other to Focused:


1) Drag the message from the Other (or equivalent) folder to the Focused (or equivalent) folder. 



From now on, email from Verama should appear in your main inbox.

Email from Verama is blocked by a firewall or a corporate policy


If an email from Verama is being blocked by a firewall or a corporate policy in your organization:


1) Please contact your company's technical support and describe the issue. 


2) Request that email from the Verama domain (verama.com) be whitelisted - this should resolve the issue.

Email notifications function is inactive


To activate notifications:


1) Hover over the Avatar in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Notification settings.



2)  Switch the sliders to activate/deactivate notifications, as necessary.
