Once you've created a Private Profile and claimed yo not represent any company, you can still join an existing company.

Request to Join Company

The first five steps to converting the account is the same both for Convert and Request to join. 


  1. Hoover over your Avatar in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Go the option Convert to Company Profile/ Request to Join Company
  4. Click on the button Request to join / Convert
  5. A pop-up will show - if you want to continue click Yes, convert my profile 
  6. Select the country of registration for the Company you are converting to or to join. Enter the VAT number 



Request to join existing company

  1. If it is an existing Supplier (VAT is already registered)

  2. You can now request to join the existing company

  3. Click Ask to join


  4. You will now be asked if active applications should be migrated to the company you have requested to join.

  5. Mark the Job Request applications that should be migrated to the Company you have requested to join.

  6. Click Migrate (If you don't want to migrate any applications - click Skip Migration)



  7. A notification is sent to the Admin of the Company you request to join, when the admin has approved your request to join you will become a member of the company.

  8. You will recieve an email confirmation that you request to join the company was accepted.
