There are two options to convert a Private Profile to a Company account:

 

  1. Convert

    Converting the Private Account to a Supplier Account, all previous applications will be moved to the new Supplier Account. The private account will be replaced with the supplier account.

  2. Request to join

    Convert the Private Account by joining an existing Supplier Accunt, the user can decide if previous applications should be shared with the Supplier account or not. The private person account will stay as-is.



Connect or Convert a Private Proffile to a Company account

The first five steps to converting the account is the same both for Convert and Request to join. 


  1. Hoover over your Avatar in the upper right corner.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. Go the option Convert profile to company profile

  4. Click on the button Convert Profile
  5. A pop-up will show - if you want to continue click Yes, convert my profile 
  6. Select the country of registration for the Company you are converting to or to join. Enter the VAT number 




Convert to new company

  1. If it is a new Supplier (VAT does not exist), a new pop-up will show and you are requested to enter the company name and the location of the company.

  2. Click Add Company

  3. Your private profile has been converted

  4. Login to Ework's Verama

  5. You are now logged in as the Admin of the new company account that was created.

  6. Applications from the private accounthas been moved to the company account.



Convert to existing company

  1. If it is an existing Supplier (VAT is already registered)

  2. You can now request to join the existing company

  3. Click Ask to join


  4. You will now be asked if active applications should be migrated to the company you have requested to join.

  5. Mark the Job Request applications that should be migrated to the Company you have requested to join.

  6. Click Migrate (If you don't want to migrate any applications - click Skip Migration)



  7. A notification is sent to the Admin of the Company you request to join, when the admin has approved your request to join you will become a member of the company.

  8. You will recieve an email confirmation that you request to join the company was accepted.
