Prerequisites for Activating PayExpress
To activate PayExpress on a timesheet, you must have one of the following roles in Ework's Verama:
- Admin
- Manager
Additionally, if you have already activated PayExpress on the assignment, you will not be able to see the PayExpress option on a timesreport.
If you need to add team members to use this feature, follow these steps:
As a Manager or Admin, you can adjust permission levels for team members. To do this:
- Log in to your account with Manager or Admin privileges.
- Go to your Company's account settings and option Team.
- Find the team member you want to give Manager or Admin Permission.
- Scroll donw to the section Options and edit. Update their permission level to Manager or Admin.
- Save the changes.
Note: Only Managers and Admins can adjust permission levels for team members.
