Prerequisites for Activating PayExpress

To activate PayExpress on a timesheet, you must have one of the following roles in Ework's Verama:

  • Admin
  • Manager

Additionally, if you have already activated PayExpress on the assignment, you will not be able to see the PayExpress option on a timesreport.



If you need to add team members to use this feature, follow these steps:



As a Manager or Admin, you can adjust permission levels for team members. To do this:


  1. Log in to your account with Manager or Admin privileges.
  2. Go to your Company's account settings and option Team.
  3. Find the team member you want to give Manager or Admin Permission.
  4. Scroll donw to the section Options and edit. Update their permission level to Manager or Admin.
  5. Save the changes.


Note: Only Managers and Admins can adjust permission levels for team members.
