Profile and Account Deletion Restriction
What's Changed:
Restriction on Profile Deletion: Profiles in Ework's Verama can no longer be deleted if:
An application for this profile has been sent and has a status of “Accepted”.
An application for this profile has been sent for ongoing Job Requests.
Restriction on Account Closure: User accounts can no longer be closed if the same conditions are met as for deleting a profile
Error Message Display: An error message will be displayed to the user indicating that the Profile/Account cannot be removed because it has active applications
Impact:
Reduced Data Loss: Restricts the deletion of supplier profiles and account closure, ensuring that critical information, including active applications and job requests, is not inadvertently deleted or lost.
Improved Data Integrity: Prevents potential disruptions to business operations and helps maintain accurate records.
Duplicate Profile Prevention and Merge
What's Changed:
- Prevention of Duplicate Profiles: The system now prevents the creation of profiles with the same email within the same company account.
- Automatic Profile Merge: When a user with an existing profile requests to join a company, their profiles will be automatically merged if there already is an exiting profile with the same email. The profile alreday existing related to the company account will be saved.
- Warning Message: A warning message will be displayed to users when they attempt to create a profile with an email that already exists within the same company.
Impact:
- Improved Data Consistency: Preventing duplicate profiles eliminates the risk of inconsistent data and ensures accurate information.
- Simplified Profile Management: Automatic profile merging eliminates the need for manual processes to consolidate data, making it easier to manage the team.
