Step 1: Login

  1. Open the time report application using your preferred web browser.
  2. Login to the application using the email and password you previously set up. If you have forgotten your password, you should have received a separate email with instructions on how to reset and set up a new password.


Step 2: Time Report and Expense report List View

  1. After logging in, you will see a list view of time reports and expenses.
  2. Look for the time reports with the status "Waiting for client approval". These reports are awaiting your approval.

  1. Time reports awaiting your approval will have the status "Waiting for client approval".
  2. To review the reported hours, click on the time report in question.


Reviewing Time Reports

  1. When viewing a time report, you can click on the arrows to move between weeks.
  2. Review the reported hours to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

Approving Time Reports

  1. If the time report is accurate and complete, click on the "Approve" button to approve the report.


Rejecting Time Reports

  1. If there are any inaccuracies or issues with the report, click on the "Reject" button to reject the report.
  2. Enter a reason for rejection in the provided field.
  3. Add a comment to explain the reason for rejection, if necessary. Please note that the rejection reason and external comment will be visible for the Partners and Professionals.
  4. Once you have completed the rejection process, the report will be sent back to the submitter for correction.


Expense Report Approval

Expense Reports Awaiting Your Approval

  1. Expense reports awaiting your approval will have the status "Waiting for client approval".
  2. To review expense details, click on the expense report in question.

Reviewing Expense Reports

  1. When viewing an expense report you see all realted expenses in the Expenses overview
  2. Review the reported expenses to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

Approving Expense Reports

  1. If the expense report is accurate and complete, click on the "Approve" button to approve the report.


Rejecting Expense Reports

  1. If there are any inaccuracies or issues with the report, click on the "Reject" button to reject the report.
  2. Enter a reason for rejection in the provided field.
  3. Add a comment to explain the reason for rejection, if necessary. Please note that the rejection reason and external comment will be visible for the Partners and Professionals.
  4. Once you have completed the rejection process, the report will be sent back to the submitter for correction.
