Time Report Application - Enhancements to create and tag hours to activities 

We're excited to announce the latest update to our Time Report Application, designed to make managing activities and reporting time easier and more efficient. This release introduces the feature enhancement, allowing you to add activities to tasks. Please note that this feature is only available for contracts related to clients who have a standardized workflow that supports this feature. 

Key Updates:

Please note that this feature requires a specific configuration to align with each client's standardized workflow. As a result, it will only be visible for contracts related to clients who use this workflow.


  • Add Activities to Tasks: You can now add activities to existing tasks, enabling you to report on specific activities within contracts. To add an activity, click the plus sign next to the task, and a new row will be created with all settings copied from the task, including rates and dates. You're required to name the activity.


  • Key Features:
    • Click the plus sign to add an additional row for the activity to report on.
    • Renaming Activities: You are required to name your activity (limit of 100 characters)
    • Report Time on Activities: Time can be reported on newly created activities.
    • Dynamic Plus Sign Visibility: The plus sign is only visible if the task is active and activity creation is allowed.
    • Edit and Remove Activities: Only draft or rejected time reports can be edited or removed.


What's New:

With this update, you'll notice the following changes:

  • A new plus sign icon to add activities to tasks
  • Required to rename the activities (100-character limit)
  • Enhanced reporting capabilities for activities


Getting Started:

The updated feature is now available in the Time Report Application. To explore the new activities functionality, simply log in and navigate to the relevant section. Please see user guide here
