Summary
The Time Report application has undergone a significant change to centralize time reporting under the time reporter. As a result:
- Only the users set as time reporter and supplier manager can report time. (This applied for contracts signed and approved after June 26th)
- Time reports now belong to the time reporter.
- Other relevant changes have been made to improve the overall time reporting experience and specifically issue where tasks are missing on time reports.
Key Changes:
Time Reporter and Supplier Managers are the only use roles that can report time and expenses.
Time reports are now owned by the time reporter
Each time report is now associated with only one contract
User assignment to tasks no longer affects time reports
Time reporters now have access to all tasks related to a project
