Time Report Application Logic Change 

Summary

The Time Report application has undergone a significant change to centralize time reporting under the time reporter. As a result:


  • Only the users set as time reporter and supplier manager can report time. (This applied for contracts signed and approved after June 26th)
  • Time reports now belong to the time reporter.
  • Other relevant changes have been made to improve the overall time reporting experience and specifically issue where tasks are missing on time reports.

 

Key Changes:

  • Time Reporter and Supplier Managers are the only use roles that can report time and expenses.

  • Time reports are now owned by the time reporter

  • Each time report is now associated with only one contract

  • User assignment to tasks no longer affects time reports

  • Time reporters now have access to all tasks related to a project
