Mandatory Attachment for Time Report Submission

Summary

This update addresses a critical change to the Time Report application to ensure compliance with end client contract requirements for time reporting. 

A mandatory attachment check has been implemented to ensure that required documents are included with time report submissions when specified on the contract. With this update, users will be notified of missing attachments when submitting time reports for contracts that require attachments.



 

Key Changes:

  • Mandatory Attachments: If end client require attachments such as journals to be submitted together with the time report it will no longer be possible to submit a time report without uploading an attachment.

  • Attachments Validation: The time report application will perform an automatic check for required attachments before allowing time report submission.

  • Error Handling: A pop-up/error message will be displayed when users attempt to submit a time report without the required attachments, preventing unsuccessful submissions.
