Clearer Application Status & Improved Submission Experience



What’s Improved:

  •  Better Field Validation

    We’ve strengthened the validation of required fields such as Name and VAT.

    You’ll now receive clearer guidance if something is missing or incorrectly entered, preventing incomplete applications from being submitted.


  • New Status: Pending Submission

    After you submit an application, you will now see a Pending Submission status.

    This means your application is being delivered to Ework’s internal application and is currently processing.


  • New Status: Failed

    If something goes wrong during delivery, your application will show a Failed status instead of incorrectly appearing as “submitted.”

    You can now also resend an application directly from this state — no need to start over.


  • Clearer Status Tracking

    Your application’s journey is now more transparent.

    Statuses reflect what is happening in real time, giving you clearer visibility and reducing uncertainty about whether your submission was successful.
